Soooooooooooooo…. in the past 2 weeks I’ve lost a massive total of two pounds :P
LOL Hahahahahahha actually laughed while writing that. I’ll tell you why I’ve lost such a little amount of weight :)
A) - It was my time of the month the last week
B) - Had a carb out weekend (which resulted in a carb hangover the next day btw :( ate soooo much junk, but it was worth it)
C) - Gym Membership’s run out, so I havent been hitting the gym
Though I’m actually happy with this number :) Thought I wouldnt have lost anything (should have seriously seen the shit I was eating. Had to restart my ketosis cycle over again to get back into fat burning mode). Basically right now all I’ve been doing is low carbing and walking everywhere. My plan is so continue low carbing, losing a few steady pounds, because I honestly can’t join the gym again right now, I have exams in 2 weeks. I’ll stick with my home work outs ;) (You, know me.. fitness dvd addict! lol)

That and my gym membership expires in 4 days…
And I wont be renewing it until after exams, because I KNOW I won’t go.. NotĀ becauseĀ I don’t want to, but because I’m swamped.. I’m writing this post from college right now! o.o
I’ll continue with my low carb, healthy eating, and try to do things at home.. but time is just not going to be on my side for the next 4 weeks -_-
